In the case of this product, we start from a sheet of 99.9% pure copper 1.2 mm thick which we cut into a disc, the basis of all our products. We then form it manually on our in-house developed machine using the incremental metal forming process (spinning and flow forming) which we have completely re-studied. This makes it possible to increase the mechanical characteristics of the product thanks to the absence of external heat input (annealing), thus offering greater durability and better resistance over time. The striated surface finish is obtained thanks to the complex geometry of the forming tool (burnisher), which is a signature of our process and a guarantee of authenticity. The internal smooth surface condition is obtained by total conformation on the mandrel using flow forming.

Finishes: To finish the product, we laser engrave the underside of the product with Edimate, its reference and Made in France.
