DELIVERY & ORDER

The delivery time of your order can be easily viewed for each product you wish to purchase. On the product sheet, right next to the price, you will find information regarding the estimated shipping time (for example, "Shipped within 3-5 days").

To ensure that you receive your items as soon as they are ready, we ship each product separately, meeting the specific delivery time stated. Here's how it works:

  1. When selecting a product, look at the estimated delivery time displayed near the price.
  2. If you order multiple products, each will be shipped individually on its own timeline.
  3. For each shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking to allow you to follow the journey of your package until delivery.

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?

With our secure delivery , Fauvex® takes care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not place the blame on the carrier by leaving you to “deal with it”. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense .

CANCELLATION & RETURN

It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will however amount to 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@lustre-fauvex.fr accompanied by your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on pre-ordered products as they are manufactured on demand.
