Returns and Refunds

BEFORE to make a return, contact us by email (Contact@lustre-fauvex.fr) and by Instagram (@lustre_fauvex).

Any product can be refunded with the appreciation of FAUVEX.

Here are the return conditions:

• Return costs are your responsibility (unless the problem comes from us).
• The request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date).
• All items must be returned in their original packaging present when sent.
• All damaged products cannot be refunded. (We offer delivery breakage insurance/3 month guarantee see conditions*)
• We will not be responsible for any address error on the part of the customer.

REFUNDS

We refund in 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (credit card / paypal).
